Rear wiper PERMANENT removal!?

Has anyone ever done this? I dont meant jus take the ARM off, i mean the WHOLE motor/arm assembly.

I never used my rear wiper thanx to RAIN X, and the arm isnt strong enough to move snow....plus, what SPORTS car has a REAR wiper!?

Well, i took everthing out, including the rubber gromet with hole. Now i have a big HOLE in my hatch glass.

What i did was, i found a round piece of black plastic, shaved it down a bit to SNUG up in the hole, then used some CLEAR silicone to waterproof it.

Anyone else have OTHER/BETTER ways of doin this?

Granted, this MAY not belong here, but some GSR's on here are RACE cars, so i jus figured they plugged the hole somehow.

My old Porsche 944 turbo had one. Damn that was a sweet sports car.

I think the dealer has a cover that can fit the hole. My friend just did that recently and the cover looks like a OEM cover. I will ask him about that.
